Tim Riley, owner, has been programming professionally since 1987, and since then
he has developed the following applications:

- Association membership
- Biology
- Customer service (CRM)
- Database marketing
- Fulfillment
- Hydrology
- Order Entry and Billing
- Securities
Tim graduated with high honors in Computer Science
from
Florida International University in 1996.
At FIU, he received the 1993 Academic Achievement Award in Computer Science.
Subsequently, Tim received a Second Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from
the College of Business Administration at California State University,
Sacramento.
Professionally, Tim is credited with co-authoring the 1-800-TACOBELL customer service
application (CRM).
He then modeled Taco Bell's application to produce the customer service
applications for Boston Market, Churches Chicken, and 1-800-POPEYES.
Most recently, he authored
DataForEVER, the information system used by the
Biology and Hydrology branches of the Everglades National Park.
